Coronavirus Outbreak
The coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak may cause you to feel anxious, stressed, worried, sad, overwhelmed, confused and angry. It's important to remember it is totally normal to feel this way and that everyone reacts differently to different events.
The JC has published an article, written by one of our volunteers, on Mindfulness, a simple strategy to help teens battle anxiety.
There are some very simple things you can do to help you take care of you and your families mental health and wellbeing during times of uncertainty - and doing so will help you think clearly and make sure you are able to look after yourself and those you care about.
